A consultation, shampoo, scalp treatment, condition, precision cut, blowdry and style is included with all haircuts.

You may choose to decline any of the services included, but the price will remain the same.

No, the cost will remain the same. Your stylist will still need to cut, cross-check and style, all of your hair and the same precision will be required for all cuts.

Yes! A complimentary blowdry and style is included with most colour services.

For guests booking in for a treatment, Olaplex or toning service will be able to add a a blowdry to their service at an additional charge.

All applicable taxes are an additional charge.

Gratuities have not been included and are appreciated based on your discretion.

We recommend scheduling in for a in-person complimentary consultation. We are able to provide starting prices, but the quote might not be accurate without the service provider seeing your hair in-person.

The reason why we suggest this is because colouring through photos online can translate differently in person versus on screen. Our service providers also need to know your expectations, hair texture, previous history and budget to be accurate with a quote.

While Sulphate-free home-care is great for your hair, and may prolong your colour service, not all sulphates are bad for your hair!

Sulphates, are typically used as a cleansing agent. There are many different sulphates out there and some are worse than others. Drug store products typically have a higher concentration of lower quality sulphates in them.

Whereas, most professional products with sulphates, have a lower concentration of higher quality sulphates in them.

Use your purple/blonde shampoo once a week if you prefer your blonde a bit warmer.

If you like a more white blonde, you can increase the frequency to twice a week.
