Our team work hard and quickly to get your order ready as soon as possible.  Orders are generally processed within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) and available for either in salon pick up or delivery based on your selection at the time of payment.

You will receive a notification email when your order has been fulfilled and shipped or when it is ready for pick up.

HAIR EXTENSION ORDERS:

Please allow up to 3 business days before your hair extension order is fulfilled and shipped to you or available for pick up.  Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a notification with either the tracking information or pick up details based upon your selection at check out.

PICK UP:

Once your order is ready and available for pick up, you will receive an email notification or call.  Please ensure to bring a copy of the confirmation email with order number with you.

Complimentary pick up is available typically within 48 hours from is. Salon Vancouver located at: 101-1260 Hamilton Street, Vancouver BC V6B 2S8.

SHIPPING:

Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) with our standard shipping provider - Canada Post via the preferred method selected on the payment screen.  We can not guarantee any shipping time standards. 

• Canada Post Expedited Parcel: approximately 2 to 8 business days.
• Canada Post Xpresspost: approximately 2 to 4 business days
• Canada Post Priority: approximately 2 to 4 business days.
