To confirm your appointment, we may require a non-refundable pre-paid deposit. The deposit will be deducted off the cost of your service subject to the is. Salon cancellation policy.
Please send an e-transfer to: firstname.lastname@example.org at the time of booking.
You are welcome to pay your non-refundable deposit in person at is. Salon.
Should we not receive the deposit within 24 hours of scheduling the appointment, your appointment will be cancelled.
We understand that things happen and from time to time you may have to postpone or cancel your appointment. As a courtesy, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice of postponement or cancellation of appointments to avoid a fee.
Appointments cancelled or changed within 48 hours will be charged a fee of 50% of the original appointment.
For no show appointments, a no show fee of 50% of the original appointment will be required to be prepaid in order to rebook in.
