To confirm your appointment, we require a non-refundable pre-paid deposit. The deposit will be deducted off the cost of your service.
Please send an e-transfer to: email@example.com at the time of booking.
You are welcome to pay your non-refundable deposit in person at is. Salon.
Should we not receive the deposit within 24 hours of scheduling the appointment, your appointment will be cancelled.
CANCELLATION/NOSHOW POLICY:We understand that things happen and from time to time you may have to postpone or cancel your appointment. As a courtesy, kindly provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice of postponement or cancellation of appointments.
If you do not show up or if your appointment is postponed or cancelled with less than the full notice period, is. Salon reserves the right to retain the full cost of the deposit paid.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:
All items, including hair services are final sale and may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
