To confirm your appointment, we may require a non-refundable pre-paid deposit.  The deposit will be deducted off the cost of your service subject to the is. Salon cancellation policy.

Please send an e-transfer to: etransfers@issalonvancouver.com at the time of booking.

You are welcome to pay your non-refundable deposit in person at is. Salon.

Should we not receive the deposit within 24 hours of scheduling the appointment, your appointment will be cancelled.

CANCELLATION/NOSHOW POLICY:

We understand that things happen and from time to time you may have to postpone or cancel your appointment.  As a courtesy, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice of postponement or cancellation of appointments to avoid a fee. 

Appointments cancelled or changed within 48 hours will be charged a fee of 50% of the original appointment.

For no show appointments, a no show fee of 100% of the original appointment will be required to be prepaid in order to rebook in.

    REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:

    All items, including hair services are final sale and may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
